Everything Chester's Chris started vlogging in September 2017. Below you can find his fifth vlog where Chris describes the Everything Chester project while walking around the Cities walls.

Chris is Chester born and bred, appreciative of his CH postcode and a very proud Cestrian. He is a jack of all trades and master of bioinformatics.
Born in the Countess of Chester Hospital in 1987, Chris was quickly whisked a stone’s throw over the Cheshire Flintshire border to a Chester suburb called Saltney.
Saltney is the only town in the UK divided by the England and Wales border. His primary school was literally on the Flintshire side of “Boundary Lane”, so Welsh lessons where on the curriculum.
Growing up “going to town” always meant Chester, and only 2 miles to the historic walls and city centre he continues to love roaming.
Chris achieved a first-class degree in Genetics and Human Health at the University of Wales, Aberystwyth. It was during these studies on a module called ITQB that he was first introduced to web development.
Chris progressed to a Consultant Role specialising in the recruitment of IT Developer’s throughout the UK. He went on to graduate from the University of Liverpool with a distinction in his Masters of Research degree in Post-Genomic Science. Here he developed his computer programming experience.
Chris has travelled extensively around Europe and has recently returned from volunteering as an English teacher in Vanuatu in the South Pacific at the Vanuautu's Little Star Summer School. Although he loves nothing more than exploring different places and cultures with his backpack, notebook and camera, Chester will always be his home.
Chris first created the EverythingChester.co.uk website in June 2017 to showcase and expand his front end web development and design skills. He picked a topic close to his heart, coding content on his passion . . . Chester.
